GrintaHub Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
  1. Introduction

    • Welcome to GrintaHub’s Exclusive Loyalty Program, designed to enhance your experience by offering rewards and exclusive benefits. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. Eligibility

    • The program is available to individuals aged 18 and above with a registered Saudi mobile number.
  3. How do I sign up?

    • Enrollment in GrintaHub is automatic upon creating an account on GrintaHub using your registered Saudi mobile number.
    • No additional registration is required.
  4. How do I earn points?

    • Ticket buying customers will earn 1 point for every 1 SAR spent on eligible purchases at GrintaHub.
    • Points are earned on the actual amount paid by the customer, excluding any portion covered by redeemed points.
    • GrintaHub reserves the right to adjust points in case of returns or cancellations.
    • Ticket buying customers can earn extra points for specific actions set by GrintaHub, such as buying multiple match tickets for a team. These actions may change at the company’s discretion.
  5. What happens to my points in case of cancellation/refund?

    • In case of cancellation/refund, any points earned on the amount paid will be deducted from your balance.
    • Any points used to pay for the cancelled/refunded order will be restored to your account.
  6. How do I redeem points?

    • Each 100 points give 1 SAR on redemption
    • Points can be used to issue discount coupons on the website/mobile app from the GrintaHub side widget with the below values:
    • 10 SAR discount coupon for 1000 points
    • 20 SAR discount coupon for 2000 points
    • 30 SAR discount coupon for 3000 points
    • 40 SAR discount coupon for 4000 points
    • 50 SAR discount coupon for 5000 points
    • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
  7. What are pending points?

    • Pending points are earned points that are not yet available for redemption.
    • These points become active 1 day after the actual event date.
  8. When do points expire?

    • Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
    • Expired points cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
  9. How do I check my points balance?

    • Members can check their points balance through the GrintaHub website by clicking on the GrintaHub side widget.
  10. How do referrals work?

    • Customers can refer friends using their unique referral link from the loyalty widget.
    • The referred friend will receive 2,000 points immediately after signing up using the referral link.
    • The referrer will receive their 2000 points reward only after the referred friend places an order of 450 SAR or more.
    • Any misuse, such as self-referrals or fraudulent activities, may result in disqualification from the program.
  11. Program Restrictions

    • The company may set limits on the number of points that can be earned or redeemed per transaction.
    • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  12. Termination & Expiry

    • The company may terminate an account in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
  13. Program Changes & Termination

    • GrintaHub reserves the right to modify or terminate the GrintaHub loyalty program at any time.
    • Any changes will be communicated via email, SMS, or the website.
  14. Limitation of Liability

    • GrintaHub is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the GrintaHub program.
  15. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
