Although we conduct a thorough verification of all the tickets listed,
there are rare cases where you might encounter a problem using the ticket for entry. We advise customers to contact the GrintaHub team directly during the event to activate the Buyer Protection Program. While we guarantee 100% of the amount paid,
notifying us early during the event helps the GrintaHub team assist the buyer in gaining entry to the event regardless of the ticket's status.
You can choose any ticket that suits you on the platform
GrintaHub offers the possibility of paying for any ticket in four installments (over 4 months) without any interest,
and includes ticket values up to 5000 SAR in the first phase without the need for a credit card or Visa. This feature is available to all residents of Saudi Arabia and the UAE,
providing numerous conveniences for all tourists who wish to attend the events listed on GrintaHub in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
After purchasing the ticket,
it will appear in your "My Orders" page,
and you can also view the order status along with the ticket issuance timing. Typically,
this process takes less than 30 minutes,
and during the event,
orders are processed immediately.
GrintaHub is a platform for ensuring and verifying listed tickets. All tickets are owned by other individuals. GrintaHub facilitates the authorization of ticket ownership transfer from fan to fan and guarantees a ticket brokering process to ensure a safe and exceptional experience.

there's no refund or order cancelation. However,

Seller FAQ
Please carefully read the terms and conditions related to ticket sales. Only original PDF copies are accepted when selling tickets; images or images converted to PDFs are not accepted. If the tickets are adjacent,
you can list them under one request. However,
if you have tickets in separate seats,
you must list each ticket under separate requests.
When you list your ticket for sale,
we verify it and its status will be marked as "Pending." Once approved,
the status changes to "Accepted." Once the ticket is sold,
its status will change to "Sold,
" and the ticket will be directly sent to the buyer who then has the right to use it under your authorization for GrintaHub to transfer the ticket ownership. After selling,
you no longer have the right to use the ticket,
and a seller who sells a ticket that has been used will be subject to a penalty of 120% of the ticket's value. However,
if the tickets were not sold,
you can withdraw the sale at any time before the ticket is sold by going to the seller's control panel,
clicking on the "Edit Ticket" button,
and then hiding it using the "Hide" button.
After the event ends,
the balance is transferred to your wallet. You can visit your wallet through the seller's control panel,
then add your bank details and request the transfer of the amount to your bank account. The transfer process takes 2-14 business days after the end of the event if the bank account was a saudi bank.
My ticket has been sold, but I do not see its status as "Sold" in My tickets page. What should I do?
When your ticket is sold,
it will be displayed as sold in the seller's control panel,
and it is not necessary for it to appear in the public ticket listing. You can also view the order in "My sales" page.
When adding a ticket,
please set the price you determine (GrintaHub always recommends that the price should not exceed the official price). However,
we accept all prices listed by the seller. Afterwards,
GrintaHub's fees are added and collected from the buyer,
while the seller receives 100% of the ticket value they listed.
When you list a ticket for sale on the site and set the price,
as soon as the buyer pays for the ticket,
the amount will be reserved by the site,
and the ticket will be sent. The seller's approval is not required to send the ticket,
and the purchase cannot be rejected after the buyer has paid the amount.
